The company was founded in 2019 and specializes in the design and fit-out of commercial office spaces for both occupiers and Landlords. Our mission is to build communities that empower people. We aim to simplify the process, create an enjoyable journey and form lasting connections.

Founder - Managing Director
With twelve years in the office design and build industry, David has acquired a vast set of skills when it comes to commercial office strategy. From small office refurbs to complex design and build problems, David is responsible for the strategic and operational running of Echospace. He is also the Co-Founder of LWYW - our charitable community interest company.

In his spare time David loves cooking, sport and spending time with family and friends. He’s a keen golfer & tennis player, but will have a go at just about anything with a racket or a ball.
With 20 years in the industry, James has a wealth of experience in everything from design, pricing and pitching to cost management and refurbishment delivery, across the UK.
James manages and controls the Echospace supply chain, is accountable for implementing process, optimising execution as well as project financial performace
James loves to travel and indulge his interest in architecture and modern art. Sports mad - he loves playing football, running and skiing. James is also partial to a craft ale or two and loves visiting family & friends in his native Yorkshire.
Susan has over 10 years experience, she has designed a multitude of different commercial interiors varying from small start ups to large international firms.

On the weekend you can find Susan surrounded by family and friends drinking good wine and eating great food.
