The Landlord asked us to help them enhance a vacant floor within their building in the city to improve its marketability and likelihood of securing a tenant. We were asked to create a simple concept that would appeal to corporate or creative prospective customers alike.
Our in-house design team worked with the project team to rebrand the space; propose a new layout that involved re-purposing existing doors and glazing to minimise costs whilst cleverly opening up the space to maximise natural light and functionality.
The space features a tea point with exposed services. A central breakfast table for collaborative working and socialising. A flexible meeting room suite that provides a boardroom or split meeting room facility as well as 55 plug-and-play workstations.
