CHALLENGE
When Seismic approached us, their staff were spread across 3 different serviced offices. Our brief was to create a solution to combine these offices and cultures into one hub. Working closely with JLL, we helped identify the right space for them.
SOLUTION
Seismic was our first project delivered 100% digitally using video for weekly site progress meetings and client updates. 26 Finsbury square boasts a fantastic roof terrace with floor to ceiling windows which were maximised in the design. Features included a large break out space, living wall and a suite of video conference booths.
OUTCOME
A more cohesive environment for the team to grow and for culture to develop and thrive. The office has ‘day 2’ capacity that meets the needs of the aggressive expansion plans.
