Habro Properties wanted to carry out an extensive refurbishment of their new asset,St Paul’s Churchyard. Their goal was to refresh the property, reduce the letting void and create a space that would command a market-leading rent.
Working closely with the joint agents’ Bureau andCushman & Wakefield, we carried out a full overhaul of the building’s common parts and updated its aesthetics throughout. We stripped out and carried out a Cat A fit-out on the 1st floor and a fully fitted Cat A+ Scandinavian scheme on the 3rd floor.
After 10 weeks on-site, the building showcases a luxurious entrance, refreshed common parts, and has a new end-of-trip experience. Its impressive floor-to-ceiling heights allow a lot of natural light into the space which has breathtaking views of St Paul’s Cathedral.
