CHALLENGE

After successfully letting a Cat A+ floor at 1 George Yard for Al Ain Holdings, we were asked to strip back and fit out another floor that was being returned to the landlord. The objective was to create a contemporary plug-and-play space to attract a wide range of tenants, minimize vacancy periods, and command competitive rental rates.

SOLUTION

To achieve our goal, we began by removing the outdated interior to maximize natural light in the space. We then installed new, high-performance mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and efficiency. Our design team carefully selected a modern colour palette and finishes that would complement the functional layout of the workspace.

OUTCOME

We successfully created an innovative and sophisticated workspace by closely collaborating with HK London. Our attention to detail and carefully curated finishing touches set this workspace apart from the rest of the building, giving it a distinct identity and appeal.
