We were asked to design and build a “Grey-to-Great” solution for a floor being given back to the landlord. Bring to market a modern plug-and-play space with a wide aesthetic appeal, thus reducing the letting void and commanding strong market rent.
We had to strip out the dated fit-out in order to maximise light back into the space. All new mechanical and electrical services were installed maximising performance and efficiency. We specified a modern palette and finishes to complement a functional workplace design.
Working closely with HK London & the Savills building consultancy team, we created a smart and sophisticated workspace styled with a well-thought-out set of finishing touches to really differentiate itself from the rest of the building.
