The Landlord wanted us to convert a Laura Ashley retail unit into a trendy blank canvas commercial unit in a suburban area of Putney South West London.


We carried a strip out of the entire unit back to shell & core with raw concrete 3m floor to ceiling height. We designed and installed a new exposed HVAC system, lighting, kitchen, WC’s, shower room and restored the original wood flooring. Additional features include a live comms room and bike store.


A successful retail to commercial conversion with all of the provisions of a modern grade A suburban office space.
