Leading governance, risk, and compliance firm ACA Globalneeded to move quickly given an impending lease expiry. The successful company would need to react quickly in order to meet these tight timeframes. The new office design needed to consolidate ACA onto a single floor, account for growth and create a London identity to further establish its identity as a market leader in their field.
The chosen location was a newly refurbished CAT A space with ample natural light that offered great potential for a highly bespoke, bright, and airy workspace. The concept was to create a central core that would act as a breakout space, meeting hub, and collaboration space. Off the core would be a collection of meeting rooms, call booths and hot desk-enabled open plan area to accommodate the new hybrid working pattern.
Our Senior Designer, Sam Feeney, made use of the beautifully exposed ceiling features, 360 degrees views of London, and large floor-to-ceiling heights to create a modern workspace with an industrial twist that benefits from plenty of natural light, supplemented with bespoke lighting fixtures, soft furnishing that enhance the sleek, and refined look and feel of this office space.
