CHALLENGE

Originally the space was extremely tired, underlit and the mechanical system was in need of a full overhaul. The client brief was to create a welcoming and inviting space, updating the lighting intelligence throughout and maintaining the existing mechanical system to comply with building standards.

SOLUTION

Commencing strip out as soon as possible, we had to remove a gas suppression comms room and the entire ceiling grid which consisted of a thousand network and redundant cables. We worked closely with the building team to ensure other tenants were not affected by our work.

OUTCOME

This dark and dated space has been transformed into an elegant, bright and inviting CAT A+ solution that was delivered on time and within budget.
